Arts & Crafts are an important part of childhood development. Crafts are an important part of every day at homeschool. iPad offers many of the creative and visual developmental processes that a traditional primary school curriculum offers - usually once a week via an Art-Cart. As a trained K-18 Art Teacher, I can speak authoritatively about this.
Many of the lesson plans I created were designed to get the most out of children in each developmental stage. This was challenging, to say the least.
